1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Information you submit in forms, such as your name, work email, company, role and location.
- Business contact details from public sources, such as company websites and public directories, which we use for business outreach.
- Basic website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and gives us aggregate information such as page views.
3. How we use it
- To send the alerts, recaps and reports you request.
- To reply to your questions.
- To send occasional business emails about our services.
- To understand how our website and service are used, and to improve them.
4. What we don’t do
We don’t sell personal information.
5. Your email choices
Every email we send includes a way to opt out. You can also reply “stop” to any email or write to hello@treymont.com. We honor opt-outs promptly.
6. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run Treymont:
- Email hosting: Google Workspace
- Website hosting and analytics: Vercel
- Email outreach and verification: Snov.io
- Payment processing: Payoneer
They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@treymont.com.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the “last updated” date at the top.
